FAQs

Do I have to play tennis to wear your clothes?

No! While we do recommend playing tennis as a wonderful, social way of getting some endorphins and sunshine in, these garments are made for everybody, goblin girls, three raccoons in a trenchooat, and you, whoever you are. Plus, society’s shift towards athleisure proves that athletic clothing is multifunctional across sports and activities. Brunch is a great place to wear Menace on the Court. Just don’t forget to tip.

Okay… but do I have to be queer to wear your clothes?

No! Again! While we are a proudly queer, woman of color-owned brand, Menace on the court is made for EVERYbody - no matter your identity or your relationship with your body, We believe that clothing doesn’t have a gender or even a sexuality. Why would we want to deprive anyone of these comfortable, and frankly, dope-ass styles?

Made in LA? Really?

Yup! As a California based brand, we’re proud of the talent and resources we have in Los Angeles, and we are committed to a majority American supply chain. While certain things like hats and some notions still don’t make sense to produce in the US’s garment manufacturing infrastructure, we still use talented embroidery technicians in Los Angeles to produce our styles, and all tees and bottoms are cut and sewn in local, ethical facilities. We even do dying and what fabric knitting we can right here in California.

Wait, I don’t get the sizing?

Our garments are designed to be oversized and loose for comfort and style versatility. Order your regular size for that oversized fit. If that’s not your thing, however, order a size down for a more standard fit, and two sizes down for a slim fit. If you still aren’t sure, we’re more than happy to answer questions over email at Hiya@menaceonthecourt.com and help you pick the right size.
